FACILITIES:
Kaspars Special Events and Catering, conveniently located on lower Queen Anne, is just five minutes from downtown Seattle and two blocks west of the Key Arena. Elegant and refined, our entire venue accommodates 220 guests for a sit down meal or 275 guests for a reception and offers individual rooms that serve groups of 10-75 guests.  Limited parking is available; please check with your Event Specialist.

OFF PREMISE CATERING:
Kaspars offers full service off premise catering at your home, office or other special location. Whether you are entertaining a few or a few thousand guests, the elements for success are the same – superb fare, impeccable service and the proper ambience. MENU AND BEVERAGE SELECTIONS:
Our event designers will assist you with menu planning, party themes, vendor referrals and event planning services. Choose from our selection of menus or we will work with you to design a menu especially for your group. We have an extensive selection of beverages available to compliment your meal and hosted or cash bars can be arranged for your group.

Menu and beverage prices are subject to change, and will be confirmed one month prior to your event. Kaspars provides all food and beverage for on-site events. For liability purposes, any leftover food items that are not served to guests remain the property of Kaspars, and are donated to Seattle's food banks when appropriate.

BANQUET CONFIRMATION:
A banquet agreement letter will be sent to you. Your event will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and final payment is due the day of the event. Deposits and final payments must be in the form of cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. All charges will be presented on one check and are subject to the prevailing Washington State sales tax and 18% service charge.


GUARANTEE:
To ensure the appropriate amount of food is ordered and the correct number of staff is scheduled, a final guarantee of the number of guests attending your function is required by noon, three working days prior to your event (for December events this number is due one week prior to your event). The invoice will reflect the final guarantee or the actual number of guests whichever is greater.






ROOM RENTAL, MINIMUMS AND CAPACITIES:
A room rental charge will apply to each room reserved. Room rental includes: the room for a four hour period for dinner or a three hour period for lunch; tables, chairs, white linens, dishes, cutlery, and staff.

A food & beverage sales minimum (excluding tax and gratuity) applies for each room reserved. If the minimum is not met, the difference between the food and beverage total and the minimum will be billed as a room minimum charge.

Capacities listed are maximum seating and do not take into account space needed for buffets, projectors, screens, dance floor, staging or special set up requirements.

Off-premise events will include an hourly labor charge for travel and event time.

 

.OTHER ITEMS TO CONSIDER:
White linens are supplied at no extra charge for on premise events. Custom colored linens and linens for off premise events are available at a nominal charge.

Votive candles are provided at no charge for on premise events. We will be happy to work with our preferred vendors to design centerpieces or other décor to fit your specifications.

Disc jockeys and bands are permitted when the entire venue is reserved, or by special arrangement with the catering department. Non-amplified entertainment is allowed as approved by the catering department. Kaspars must approve arrangements before confirming your date and room.
